JBL’s New L75ms Soundsystem

Once again, JBL brings the retro feeling into our living rooms: From the traditional manufacturer now comes the new music system L75ms. This complete system offers an excellent opportunity to listen to your own music collection in the best acoustics. We've already received the model, so we would like to invite you to try it out. Here's an overview.

The L75ms model combines traditional hi-fi systems with classic JBL design, and the retro look hides a real treasure. The L75ms features a decidedly chic walnut veneer and has a removable, black Quadrex foam grille. So, it remains very typically JBL. The compact system features a pair of 5.25-inch woofers, a central 4-inch midrange driver, and a pair of 1-inch titanium domes. Dedicated amplifier channels drive the five drivers, so you can look forward to a total amplifier output of 350 watts RMS.

In terms of connectivity, there is of course a streaming engine. This can be used both wired and wirelessly. The integration of Google Chromecast, Apple AirPlay2 and Bluetooth is of course directly given. (By the way: You get a free trial subscription for Qobuz for 90 days when you buy the L75ms). A 32-bit/192-kHz DAC takes care of the signal conversion. There’s also an analog preamp with one high-level and one MM phono input each, as well as an HDMI ARC interface. An analog 3.5 mm input is also available. You can connect a subwoofer via the sub-out. Thus, the L75ms is a stately all-in-one system.
