Shipping within Germany, Austria and Switzerland is carried out by parcel service or forwarding agent, from an order value of 100 euros this is free of charge, below 6.90 euros* per order will be charged **

Information on the current delivery time of an item can be found on the product page in our online shop. We have many products ready for shipping in stock meaning the delivery time is 1-3 working days. If we first need to order an item from the distributor, the order will arrive in 5-7 working days.

For deliveries to Austria and Switzerland a delivery time may have an additional 3-4 working days depending on the destination country and logistics.

Shipping costs and delivery times within the EU:

Shipping within the EU for parcel-compatible orders is by parcel service, from an order value of 100 euros this is free of charge, below 6.90 euros* per order will be charged. Large, particularly heavy and sensitive devices are delivered by a forwarding agent at a cost of 95 euros*. ***

For deliveries to countries in Europe a delivery time may have an additional 3-4 working days depending on the destination country and logistics.

Shipping costs and delivery times for all other countries:

For all other countries, we will inform you of the shipping costs and delivery time following your order. If necessary, you can then withdraw your purchase.
