At great heights: Last month we brought a selection of various models from the HiFi, Home Cinema, Television, and Headphone sectors into a roof truss that is currently being expanded. We wanted to photograph the devices in front of the impressive backdrop of Berlin. Unfortunately, the weather was not as nice as we had hoped. Nevertheless, the pictures have become quite chic and who looks exactly can also see the television tower.

Video: 80 Years Of Stax – Workshop With Armin Kern

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the headphone manufacturer Stax, Armin Kern was our guest on October 12th and 13th and he brought a number of different Stax headphones and matching headphone amplifiers with him. We did, of course, record the workshop: In addition to the Stax history, the special features of the electrostatic design principle compared to dynamic and magnetostatic headphones is also looked at. HiFiMAN Ananda – Come Listen In Our Headphones Studio!

We have the HiFiMAN Ananda ready for demonstration. The Ananda is about to take over from the Edition X and therefore has a similar driver equipment, but differs from the Edition X in details and especially in the bracket construction - here the HiFiMAN Sundara was the inspiration, so the headphones are not foldable. All in all, a pair of headphones with outstanding sound and an great price point. Come in for a listen!
