We offer our TV consultations via Zoom. This way means there’s no registration required on your part beforehand so the process is quick and straightforward:
- Get in touch with our TV Department by filling out our online contact form or via an email to tv@hifi-im-hinterhof.de. Alternatively, you can also call +49 (0)30 253 753 0. Please mention your preferred appointment slot between Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
A team member will immediately get to setting up your appointment. If your specified time is already booked, then we’ll endeavor to book you at your soonest convenience! - Next up, you’ll receive an email with an invitation link that will connect via your internet browser to the online consultation. And best of all, you don’t need to pre-register or have any special software to do so.
- Decide for yourself whether you want to be seen or not. That is entirely up to you. We also do not have any access to your computer (and vice versa, you do not have any access to ours). No files can be sent. We can only share on our screen what you can see.
Currently, we only offer this service for televisions and subwoofers. Our team present in the retail shop in Berlin-Kreuzberg are unable to walk you through all the different studios and showrooms during an online consultation. The sessions can also be used by you to show us any difficulties you’re experiencing with your entertainment devices.
