JBL At HiFi im Hinterhof: L100 Classic & 4306 Now In Stock

Since 2017 we have had the unconventional high-end loudspeaker JBL 4367 in our range and are still enthusiastic about its performance. We're happy to demonstrate that the typical JBL sound doesn't necessarily require the refrigerator format with two smaller models, which we've just added to our demonstration: JBL L100 Classic and JBL 4306!

Taring the Tonearm Weight With The Tonearm Scale

Today we are dealing with the adjustment of the tonearm support force on turntables. On most models, this is done directly on the tonearm weight using the scaling. But there are also turntables that do not have such a scale and therefore we explain using the example of the Pro-Ject RPM 1 Carbon how in this case the adjustment is done with the help of a tonearm scale.

This last weekend Babak Moayedpour was our guest. He is from the German Accuphase distributor P.I.A. and presented an audio chain of Accuphase models. The models, consisting of the preamplifier C-3850, the SACD/CD precision drive DP-950, the D/A converter DC-950, the Class AB stereo power amplifier P-7300, the digital room controller DG-58 as well as the current conditioner PS-1230, not only sound excellent but also look very noble. Of course, we didn't want to miss it and made some nice recordings of the event.
