Campfire Audio has announced their latest IEM releases at the Munich High-End Audio Show. The Trifecta is set to be the boutique designers’ most daring departure yet, with Campfire hoping to usher in the next generation of their high-end designs.

It has been years since Campfire introduced a new model to its luxury market, with the Solaris and Andromeda having been released, and now the Trifecta is looking to reintroduce Campfire to the high-end market.

The Trifecta’s goal is to immerse the listener in rich, towering waves of sonic impact. The internal components are visible through the optically clear nylon housing, which reveals three 10mm ADLC diaphragm dynamic drivers with gold-plated cases.

Individually vented drivers face each other in a unique triangular configuration, with an acoustically tuned chamber enhancing their performance. These three custom drivers, when combined, have the potential to produce a breathtakingly massive sound.

Aesthetic Design with Optimum Comfort
At first glance, it is clear that the new Campfire Trifecta is a truly unique product. The design of this solution is described by Campfire Audio as a radical concept, even revolutionary.

The enclosure is made of polyamide, or more precisely polyhexamethylene adipamide, but it is also known by the brand name nylon.

Campfire Audio achieves not only a cabinet with a curved shape that is optimal for the placement of the drivers inside while avoiding unwanted resonances.

But also meets ergonomic requirements for comfortable use.As well as high transparency that is nearly equal to that of glass. So you can see the entire inner workings of the new Campfire Trifecta, which are extremely complex.

In comparison to a traditional BA with a single, larger diaphragm, the all-new design incorporates two chambers, each with its own diaphragm and drive rod actuated by a single coil, resulting in a higher, more powerful output for its size than any other BA and is excellent at expressing a warmer, more natural midrange.

Campfire Audio’s newly developed Radial Venting Acoustic Chamber is used in conjunction with Dual Custom 10mm Dynamic Drivers. The 3D-printed chamber design expresses the intense low-frequency sound produced by the two dynamic drivers while preserving the BA driver’s distinct sound.

Beryllium Copper MMCX connectors are more resistant to wear and tear than regular brass connectors. Resulting in a more robust mating mechanism than soft brass connectors. The use of a more durable material extends the life of the component and the earphone.
