The LG 75NANO Television: Anything But Small!

One could be misled by the name of LG's new television — with its remarkable 75-inch screen diagonal of 190 cm — the 75NANO999 NA! The 'Nano' comes from LG's display technology, NanoCell, that ensures brilliant colours. Read on for our look at what features this 8K TV has to offer.

The 75NANO999 NA is this year’s top model of LG’s new NanoCell TV. With its 8K resolution (7,680 x 4,320 pixels), it offers an exciting picture experience and can even upscale 2 or 4K content to 8K. These features are supported by the Full Array Dimming Pro that reproduces the colours in their pure form, and the viewing angle function, which allows viewing from all positions without compromise.

Thanks to Dolby Vision IQ (the extension of Dolby Vision for ideal HDR display), brightness, colour and contrast are adjusted to suit both the lighting conditions of the surroundings and the genre is viewed allowing you to enjoy your television experience even more. Of course, HDR10 and HLG are also included, and the compatibility to HGiG should interest gaming enthusiasts. The icing on the cake is Dolby Atmos, which also gives the audio experience top marks.

The video equalizer is very extensive with ten LG-typical modes and can therefore be adjusted flexibly. Speaking of settings: this is as simple as ever with the LG webOS-based television. Google Assistant and Alexa are already integrated into the interface and, but Apple AirPlay 2 and Apple Home Kit, as well as Amazon Echo and Google Home devices, can also be connected to the TV.

Last but not least, the TV has integrated HDMI 2.1 with HDCD 2.3 four times and USB 2.0 three times. Wireless, of course, there is WLAN and Bluetooth, and also Ethernet, an optical digital output, a CI slot, twin triple tuner connections and a 3.5 mm headphone output are also available.
